How to Find Emails From Any Domain?

Domain search can be used to find email addresses from any domain, you can scale up your email marketing efforts by creating accurate email lists and find domains in bulk with Finder's bulk domain search option.

Domain Search

As soon, as you open Finder.io, you'll land at the Domain Search feature.

If you want to find emails from one single domain:

  • Type the domain name of your target company in the search box > click on domain search

Just in a few seconds, Finder.io gives you a list of email addresses that are associated with your target domain.

Bulk Domain Search

If you need to find emails form multiple domains you can use bulk domain search and extract upto 50 emails per domain. - Switch to switch to bulk domain search

  • Once you click on bulk domain search, you’ll get an option to upload a CSV file.

  • Create a CSV file with the header as 'Domain' and include all the domains you wish to check in the column. This process usually takes 10-30 seconds, and we can only give up to 150 records at a time.

You can upload the CSV files directly from your computer or any cloud storage apps like Google Drive, Dropbox, and 500Box.

Once you upload the CSV file, within 15-30 seconds you’ll get a list of email addresses that are associated with the list of domains on your CSV file.

You can select the “Type” of emails you are looking for - they can be either “generic” or “work”.

These emails can be verified by clicking on verify, and also be saved to your email list by clicking on save.

You can also save these email addresses directly to your CRM.

Click on save > choose from your integrated CRM > click save again.

You also have an option to download all the results in a CSV file to your computer, all you have to do is click on export.

  • Fill in the “First” Last” and “Domain” name of your prospect and Click on “find”.

Bulk Email Finder

Finder.io also allows you to find email addresses in bulk with the “bulk email finder” feature. - To find emails in bulk you can click on “switch to bulk email finder

  • Create a CSV file with the header as 'First', 'Last', and 'Domain'.

How to Validate An Email List?

Before sending out an email for initiating an email campaign, it's very important to verify the validity of your email list. IPs are blocked by email gateways, if your outbound emails bounce back. To prevent this you can use email verifier to validate your email lists and reduce the bounce rate.

To verify any business email address, you can type the email address and click on verify.

Finder.io will instantly verify the email address, you’ll also get the confidence score for the verified email address. “100%” confidence score suggests that the email won’t bounce. If you get an 80% confidence score the email may or may not bounce.

To verify a list of email addresses you need to switch to the “bulk email verify” option.

  • Once you click on “switch to bulk email verify”, you’ll get an option to upload a CSV file.
  • Create a CSV file with the header as 'Email'.

Select the app that you want to integrate with Finder.io > Enter the API key and name(in some cases).

You can get a list of thousands of companies who might be your targeted prospects using compnay search feature, it enables you to extract domain names along with their social media profiles, so that you can reach out to them easily.

Company Search

Company search helps you to find target companies based on their monthly techspend, industry, and geography.

To search for companies from your target industry you can select the “company search” tab from the Finder.io dashboard.

To search for the target companies:

  • Select the industry > select monthly tech spend > social media presence > select target country

  • Once you are done entering the industry(s), monthly tech spend, and your target country > click on search.

It takes only a few seconds to give you the company domains, Alexa rankings, and social media links.

You can use these domain names to find emails of your prospects by running a bulk domain search.

How to Create Email Lists?

You can create lists of verified emails that you get from email finder, domain search, or email verifier. To start building a list of email addresses:

  • Select the Lists option from the Finder.io dashboard.
  • Click on add list to start creating new lists > name the list accordingly

Now whenever you click while prospecting on domain search, email finder, or email verifier, simply click on save and select your list from the dropdown.
